Requesting your Gravity Care is easy - here’s how it works:
-Just open the app and tell us the location, date and time (shift) of the day you need a Care Partner service.

-The app uses that information and lists out Care Partners available. You can also look for other locations where the service is needed.

- You will see the Care Partner photo, details about him/her, reviews and more.

-Secured Payment (Braintree Payments, a division of PayPal) can be made by valid credit card for connection fees- Visa, Master, Discover.

- With your consent, you wire your service funds to hold with our 3rd party provider, Escrow.com - take care of any dispute, settlement.

- After service is completed, you can rate the Care Partner. The Care Partner will rate Care Family also.

- Care Partners will never in short of work when they maintain their high rating & reviews, get trained by our education partner and stay transparent in the community.
